Fuchs & Consorten GmbH is a management consultancy based in Düsseldorf with a focus on organisation and process consulting in the environment of Lean and Six Sigma projects (development, consulting, coaching and implementation).

With the training companies Institut für Projektmanagement Düsseldorf (IfP) and Six Sigma College Düssedorf (SSCD), Fuchs & Consorten Unternehmensberatung offers targeted further training measures in which theory and practice go hand in hand. All training courses are conducted by experienced consultants and have a high proportion of practice-relevant content.
