The seminar price includes Green Belt certification, free e-learning, specially developed training materials, statistical and Excel templates, and beverages and lunch at classroom seminars.
Our courses consist of 80% workshop elements and therefore stand out from outdated lecture-style methods. Our participants can look forward to the following elements: a digital whiteboard for collaborative development, SSCD flipcharts, a full-day Six Sigma simulation game, case studies and exercises (such as playing golf), discussions, and group work.
Requirements for participation in the Green Belt Seminar
None.
Green Belt certification follows the ASQ Six Sigma Body of Knowledge and is completed with a 2-hour exam.
