Consultant / Trainer focus on process and project management (m/f/d)

We are a young, dynamic and very successful consulting company based in Düsseldorf. For the business area Processes and Project Management we are looking for a consultant / trainer (m/f) who will actively support the management in projects and take over the partial or overall project management.

• Consulting for medium-sized businesses and corporate clients on the topics of process optimisation, lean management and Six Sigma
• Consulting for medium-sized businesses and corporate clients on the topics of process optimisation, lean management, project management and Six Sigma training, and the associated consulting at the client’s premises.
• Creation and tracking of the specific project plans and the complete implementation to the customer

• Completed university studies, Bachelor’s, Master’s or Diploma degree
• Experience in the areas of process management and Six Sigma, project management experience, IT project experience as well as PMO experience
• Experience in knowledge transfer, process management and Six Sigma training, project management experience, IT project experience and PMO experience
• Flexibility and willingness to travel worldwide with a focus on Europe
• High communicative competence in German and English
• Flexible and team-oriented way of working as well as high self-motivation and self-organisation
