Our courses are based on the DMAIC (Define – Measure – Analyze – Improve – Control) – cycle.

Learn to use the concepts and methods of the core DMAIC process to make existing processes measurable and sustainable. We supplement this content with training materials that we have developed based on current and up-to-date teaching methods.

The simulation exercise SSCD:ProcessSIM combines theory and practice and brings you closer to the practical process of a Six Sigma improvement project. Furthermore, we recommend a number of secondary reading materials on the subject of Six Sigma in order to effectively work through and expand on the content.

Your Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt training

Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification - Six Sigma College Düsseldorf

The Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt course provides an overview of the methods used in Six Sigma and forms a solid foundation for training to become a Six Sigma Green Belt. The Yellow Belt actively supports Green Belts and Black Belts in the implementation of Six Sigma improvement measures, and has a sound understanding of the Six Sigma approach and key methods and tools.

After the training, you will be familiar with the basics and the key tools of a Six Sigma project. You will be familiar with the strategic and economic benefits of Six Sigma and to a certain extent, you will be entrusted with the implementation of systematic process improvement methods. A subsequent upgrade to the Certified Six Sigma Green Belt is possible at any time.

Your Certified Six Sigma Green Belt training

Six Sigma College Düsseldorf - Green Belt Certification

Six Sigma improvement projects are led by specially trained staff. The Six Sigma leadership methodology is based on role definitions inspired by rank indicators used in Japanese martial arts.

The Green Belt is an integral part of middle management and includes people who participate in projects as team members or who also lead smaller projects while reporting to a Black Belt. You will be familiar with the strategic and economic benefits of Six Sigma and will be entrusted with a wide range of tools and methods for systematic process improvement.

  • SSCD: ProcessSIM®: Simulation exercise as a project set; real business case: One-month project is simulated into one hour of real time.

  • Statistics: Introduction to basic concepts, scale levels, probability calculation, discrete distributions, process capability, control charts and process models

Your Certified Six Sigma Black Belt training

Six Sigma improvement projects are led by specially trained staff. The Six Sigma leadership methodology is based on role definitions inspired by rank indicators used in Japanese martial arts.

The Black Belt is a full-time Six Sigma improvement expert. He is responsible for project management tasks and has in-depth knowledge in the application of the various Six Sigma methods. As a Black Belt you are responsible for the successful implementation of Six Sigma improvement projects. When it comes to targeted implementation, Black Belts are experts in the use of both the Six Sigma concept and complex statistical methods. As project managers, Black Belts are responsible for coaching Green Belts and have a broad spectrum of experience in project management.
