Core competencies: project and process management and statistics

With over 14 years of experience with national and international projects (strategy, process and management consulting), Mr Fuchs prides himself on close connections with his clients. He has led more than 20 Six Sigma Black Belt national and international projects and specialises in process optimisation of end-to-end processes, in particular, P2P, O2C and I2D.

He completed his education in Sociology, German and Media Sciences at the Heinrich-Heine University in Düsseldorf (M.A.).

Helmut Fuchs is the CEO of Fuchs & Consorten Unternehmensberatung GmbH and is the author and editor of the book Leadership für Politik & Wirtschaft.

Bettina Freischlag, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt

Core competencies: Project and process management

Bettina Freischlag, Dipl.-Volksw., is responsible for business process optimisation in banks in the cooperative sector as well as in medium-sized companies.

Observance of the “Minimum Requirements for Risk Management” (MaRisk) regulations issued by the Compliance Organization (MaComp) or current SEPA topics present the administration department of medium-sized banks with constant new challenges when dealing with business processes.

Alexander Pecking, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP®
(PMP®-number 2172678)

Core competencies: Business process management, project management

Alexander Pecking is a certified Engineer (Diplom-Ingenieur) and is active in business process management and improvement management with over five years of experience in national and international projects for medium-sized and corporate grouped companies in the fields of mechanical engineering, medical technology and energy. He studied engineering sciences with a specialisation in mechanical engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Bochum.

Mr Pecking is responsible for consulting clients on the implementation of integrated management systems, on business process management in the context of IT integration projects and on Six Sigma process optimisation projects. Furthermore, Mr Pecking is an expert in planning and managing international post-merger integration projects.
