Requirements for the participation in the Black Belt Seminar
Green Belt Certification. The project proof is provided by the business game ProcessSIM®️ in the Green Belt area.
Black Belt certification is based on the ASQ Six Sigma Body of Knowledge and is completed with a 2-hour exam.

Your Six Sigma Black Belt Badge
After successfully completing your Black Belt training, you will receive a certificate and a virtual badge – your Six Sigma Badge – as proof of your certification. With the badge, you can also prove and draw attention to your certification online and paperless to outsiders.

The duties of a Certified Black Belt in the company
The Six Sigma Black Belt is placed in middle to senior management in the company. He is reporting directly to the top management and can have a crucial influence on the corporate culture.
Six Sigma Black Belts are responsible for the execution of complex and even cross-departmental improvement projects. They are able to lead a project team, motivate it and guide it to a successful project. As part of the team, they also take on the coaching of the Green Belts.
A Black Belt has in-depth knowledge in the application of Six Sigma methods and tools. The tools support the Black Belt in systematic process improvement and enable effective and goal-oriented work.
